21st Annual Charlie Kubala Memorial Golf Tournament

The 2016 tournament will be held at the beautiful Beech Creek Golf Club. The tournament will be a 4-person Captain's choice with morning and afternoon flights. Plenty of refreshments and snacks will be available during play and lunch will be provided by Outback Steakhouse.
This year we will be changing formats and will be doing a single midday flight. If you'd like to join us this year then please download and complete the registration form below. Due to the high demand each year we are unable to reserve or hold teams without payment. All slots are sold as teams, there are no individual player slots available. If you would like to get on a waiting list to join a team, or if you're short a person on your team and need someone, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
To join us, you may either register online or download and print one of our registration forms and mail it in with your payment. If registering online, once you have completed the registration form there will be a link to complete your online payment. Again, we cannot hold teams until payment is received in full.
